Rights of data subjects

As a data subject, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), provided that the respective legal requirements are met:

Information: You have the right to receive information about the personal data we process about you.
Rectification: You can request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. You can also request the completion of incomplete data.
Erasure: In certain cases, you can request the erasure of your personal data.
Restriction of processing: In certain cases, you can request that we restrict the processing of your data.
Data portability: If you have provided us with data on the basis of a contract or consent, you may request that you receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or that we transmit it to another controller.

Right of objection

Individual right of objection
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data which is based on point (e) of Article 6(1) GDPR or point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions. We will then no longer process this personal data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes
In individual cases, we process your data for the purpose of direct advertising. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising. This also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

Revocation of consent: If you have given us your consent to process your data, you can revoke this at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data until the revocation. In addition to the ways mentioned under "Asserting your rights", you can also declare a revocation in accordance with the respective instructions on "Exercising the revocation" in the "Services & cookies" section.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you is unlawful.

Automated individual decision-making including profiling

Automated decisions in individual cases, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR, do not take place in connection with the use of our service.

Data categories: URL called up, IP address of the user, time and date of access, amount of data transferred, website from which the user came to the requested page (so-called "referrer"),

Cookies
